As the lithium chinastone contains less harmful impurities like Fe2O3 and TiO2,together with the P2O5,it can form the
[FeO6]3- structural group for Fe3+under the high temperature,cause no adverse color,and further improve the whiteness of the
product. Such chemical reaction under the high temperature may enable the lithium to take the place of part of ZrSiO4 in the
super-white ceramic tiles,and promote the emulsification of the tiles.Moreover,as the efficient fluxing agent,Li2O can not
only melt the quartz,but also control its crystal transformation,and function successfully to lower the firing temperature of
the product and prevent the second deformation.The liquid phase produced under the low temperature is helpful to lessen
the holes,reduce the water absorption and improved the tile strength.
